About Livva

Livva is an online booking app for Pilates studios, built in Romania. The studio puts its schedule on its website or on a hosted page, clients book their own spot, buy packages and memberships by card and get confirmations and reminders by email.

Who it is for
Pilates studios with reformers and small groups, from one room to several. Livva is for companies and sole traders, in Romania or abroad.
What it does
Schedule with limited spots; a waitlist that fills freed spots on its own; trial class, packages and monthly memberships with automatic renewal; check-in and attendance history; a widget on the studio's website or a hosted page; automatic emails (confirmations, reminders, freed spot, package about to expire); recurring bookings; “invite a friend”; monthly reports.
Pricing
Three monthly plans: Start €39, Studio €69, Pro €119 (VAT included for Romania). 14 days free on any plan, no card. No commission on bookings or on client payments: money goes straight to the studio's Stripe account.
How clients pay
By card through Stripe, or at the front desk. A studio can switch online payments off and work with cash only.
How clients sign in
With a code received by email, no password. Nobody else can open the account.
Languages
Romanian and English, for the studio panel and for the client page.
Data
Stored in the European Union. For client data the studio is the controller and Livva the processor (GDPR art. 28). A studio can download its data at any time.
