The client guide
Everything you can do, step by step — to get the most out of every visit.
Contents
1 · Sign in with your phone and PIN
Open the studio page, type your name, your phone number and choose a 4-digit PIN — your secret key. No complicated passwords, no mandatory email.
Same phone + same PIN. The phone finds you, the PIN proves it's you — so nobody else can enter your account.
Press “I forgot my PIN” under the sign-in field: if your account has an email, you instantly get a link (valid one hour) to choose a new one — all by yourself. No email? Ask for a reset at the front desk, in person. You can also change it anytime from “My account”.
Leave it and you'll get booking confirmations, class-change notices and freed-spot alerts. Without it the app works — the news just has nowhere to go.
If the page greets you with someone else's name, press “Not you? Switch”.
2 · The trial session
At George pilates, the trial session costs 50 lei, paid at the studio. Once, any class with open spots.
Pick any class you like and press “Book” — if your trial is unused, the booking rides on it automatically. The green card up top tells you if it's still available.
3 · Book a class in 30 seconds
The filters narrow the schedule: instructor, Reformer or Mat, morning/noon/evening, open spots only.
Every class shows “X spots left”. Press “Book” and it's yours.
If you have package sessions or a membership, booking uses them automatically. Otherwise pay online for just that session (drop-in) or buy a package on the spot — see below.
With an email on file, you get instant confirmation with day and time.
4 · Packages & memberships — buy them yourself, by card
The “🏷️ Packages & prices” button under the greeting takes you to the list. Buy directly by card — the package lands in your account instantly.
At George pilates: the 8-session pack lasts 45 days, 12 — 60 days, 20 — 90 days, from purchase. Each row shows its term.
Unlimited, auto-renews on your card every 30 days. Stop it anytime from “My account” — the “Auto-renew” toggle — and it stays valid until the end of the paid period.
On the drop-in row press “Pick a class ↑”, choose your class and pay for just that one.
Prefer cash or the studio's POS? Pay there and the studio adds the package to your account on the spot.
5 · Cancel without phone calls
“My account” → upcoming bookings → “Cancel”. No messages, no waiting on anyone.
Cancel free of charge at least 12 hours before class — the session returns to your package (or your trial becomes available again). Later than that, the session is used — the spot was held for you.
If the studio cancels or moves a class, you're emailed automatically and lose nothing: the session returns to your account by itself.
6 · Class full? The waitlist works for you
On full classes the button becomes “Join waitlist”. One tap.
When someone cancels, the spot is offered in list order and you're emailed. That's why the email is worth having — good news arrives on it.
7 · Follow your favorite instructor with ♡
There's a small heart next to every instructor's name. Tap it — you're in the loop.
Email when she gets new classes and when a spot frees up in one of her full classes.
“My account” → “My instructors” → “Unfollow”.
8 · Your Wednesday spot, every Wednesday
After booking a class, press “Repeat weekly”. From then on we book the same spot for you every week, 7 days ahead.
By itself when you run out of sessions — or by you, anytime, from “My account”: pause, resume or delete.
9 · “My account” — everything in plain sight
Sessions left in your packages (and until when), plus your membership if you have one.
Upcoming ones with a cancel button, and the full history of classes you attended.
If the studio moves or cancels a class you're booked into, an orange dot appears on “My account” and inside you see exactly what changed — on top of the automatic email.
“My details”: name, phone and email — fix them yourself when something changes (the new phone becomes your sign-in key). Also here: your PIN, the news opt-in and “Sign out” for borrowed phones.
Anything else — talk to your studio directly, at the front desk or on its usual channels.
